  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Engage in automated data collection without permission

  • Create prompts designed to generate harmful or illegal content

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Plans and Pricing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

7. API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

  • Comply with rate limits and usage quotas
  • Keep API keys confidential and secure
  • Not circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Attribute Echostash when required by your plan

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by Echostash and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission, except as explicitly allowed by these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECHOSTASH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Echostash and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Echostash operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
